How long does a modeling portfolio session last?
Most modeling portfolio sessions last 1.5 to 2 hours, giving us enough time to create a diverse collection of professional images without feeling rushed. During the session, we’ll explore different poses, angles, lighting, and wardrobe combinations to ensure your portfolio reflects your versatility and personality.
How many edited images will I receive?
Your session includes 20–30 professionally edited, high-resolution images selected from the best photographs. Each image is individually retouched to maintain a natural appearance while enhancing lighting, skin tones, and overall quality. Additional edited images are available upon request.
Do I need modeling experience?
Not at all. Many of our clients are booking their very first portfolio session. I’ll guide you through posing, facial expressions, body positioning, and movement throughout the shoot, helping you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
What should I wear?
Choose outfits that reflect your personality while keeping the focus on you. Solid colors, neutral tones, and well-fitted clothing typically photograph best. Bringing 2–4 different outfits is recommended to create a versatile portfolio. Avoid large logos, distracting patterns, and overly trendy pieces unless they’re part of your personal brand.
Can I bring multiple outfit changes?
Absolutely. Multiple outfit changes are encouraged because they help create a portfolio with a variety of looks. Casual, commercial, editorial, and fashion-inspired outfits allow agencies and clients to see your range.
How do I book my session?
Booking is simple. Click the Book Your Session button, complete the contact form with your preferred dates, and I’ll get in touch to discuss your goals, answer any questions, and schedule your photoshoot.
Where does the photoshoot take place?
Sessions are photographed at carefully selected outdoor or indoor locations around Chattanooga, Tennessee, chosen based on the style you’re looking for. If you already have a preferred location, I’m happy to discuss incorporating it into your session.
Do you provide hair and makeup?
Professional hair and makeup services can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. While it’s optional, many clients choose this service for a polished, camera-ready look that enhances the final images.
How should I prepare before my session?
Get plenty of rest the night before, stay hydrated, and avoid trying any new skincare or cosmetic treatments immediately before your shoot. Bring your wardrobe options, accessories, and comfortable shoes if we’ll be walking between locations. Most importantly, come ready to have fun and enjoy the experience.
Can these photos be used for modeling agencies?
Yes. Portfolio sessions are specifically designed to produce clean, professional images suitable for modeling agencies, casting directors, commercial submissions, social media, and personal branding. We focus on creating authentic images that highlight your natural features and versatility.
Will my photos be heavily retouched?
No. My editing style is clean, modern, and natural. I enhance lighting, color, and minor imperfections while preserving your authentic appearance. Agencies and clients prefer realistic images that accurately represent you.
How soon will I receive my images?
Your professionally edited gallery is typically delivered within 7–14 business days through a private online gallery where you can easily view, download, and share your photographs.
